Mother's chocolate diamonds (christmas)

Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter or margarine
3 xUnsweetened choc., squares
1 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1 cupFlour
1 tspVanilla
2/3 cupPecans, chopped
Procedures:
1Oven 400°F.
2grease 9x13x2 inch baking pan.
3Melt butter and chocolate.
4Stir in sugar.
5Add eggs and beat well.
6Add remaining ingredients.
7Mix well.
8Bake at 400°F for 15 min. let cool in pan.
9Cut into diamonds.
10Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
