Ingredients:
1 Medium onion
1/2 cupOlive oils
5 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspMinced fresh parsley
5 1/2 tbspMinced fresh ginger
1 tbspGround cumin
1 tbspChili powder
2 tbspSherry
1 tbspTurmeric
1 tbspDried oregano
1 tbspCoursely ground pepper
2 Large garlic clove
4 lbsFlank steak
Procedures:
1Mix frist 13 ingredients in large bowl.
2Divide marinade mixture between 2 large shallow baking dishes.
3Add steaks to marinade, turning to coat.
4Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5Grill steaks to desired degree of doneness, about 8 minutes on each side.
6Heat marinade in saucepan.
7Cut steaks diaganally into thin slices.
8Pour some marinade over .
9Garnish with cilantro and serve
