Ingredients:

Sugar

Molasses

Baking soda

Cinnamon
Procedures:

Cream oil and sugar.

Beat in egg and molasss.

Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and salt.

Gradually add to creamed mixture.

Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls.

Dip one side into sugar; place with sugar side up on a baking sheet (ungreased) bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown and crinkly.
