Moist and minty brownies

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cupFlour
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
3/4 cupSugar
1/2 cupButter
10 ozChocolate chips, mint flavor
1 tspVanilla
2 Eggs
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 deg f.
2Grease a 9" square pan.
3In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
4Set aside.
5In a small sauce pan, combine sugar, butter and water.
6Bring to a boil.
7Remove from heat.
8Add 1 cup chocolate chips and the vanilla extract.
9Stir until chips are melted, and mixture is smooth.
10Transfer to a large mixer bowl.
11Add eggs, beating well after each addition.
12Stir in flour mixture and remaining chips.
13Spread in prepared pan.
14Bake for 35 minutes, just until center is set.
15Cool and cut into 2 ? squares.
16Makes 16 brownies.
