Procedures:
| 1 | Cream short & sugar. | | 2 | Add eggs, milk and vanilla. | | 3 | Add dry ingreds. | | 4 | Spread ?batter in each of two, well-greased, 9" cake pans and top with half the m&ms. | | 5 | Bake at 350 °F for 20-25 minutes. | | 6 | Pan cool 10 mins and transfer to racks to cool remaining |
