| 1 | Melt margarine, add chips and stir until partially melted. |
| 2 | Remove from heat and stir until chips are completely melted. |
| 3 | Pour into large bowl. |
| 4 | Add brown sugar and water and cool slightly. |
| 5 | At high speed, beat in eggs one at a time. |
| 6 | Reduce to low speed and add dry ingredients. |
| 7 | Stir until blended. |
| 8 | Chill dough. |
| 9 | When ready to bake, line cookie sheets with foil. |
| 10 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
| 11 | Roll dough into very small balls (about ?teaspoon per ball). |
| 12 | Place 2 inches apart and bake for 10 minutes. |
| 13 | Remove from oven and while cookies are still on pan, place half a candy piece on each cookie. |
| 14 | Remove to waxed paper, wait about a minute and swirl the candy pieces across top of cookie |
