Ingredients:

| cup | Graham Cracker Crumbs | | 1/3
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Unsweetened Cocoa Powder | | 1/3
| cup | Butter | | 2
| cup | Semisweet chocolate mini | | | Chips | | 3
| pack | Cream Cheese, softened (8 oz | | | Each) | | 1
| can | Sweetened condensed milk | | | (14 oz can) | | 3
| | Eggs | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla Extract |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa powder and butter until well blended. | | 2 | Press even amounts of the mixture onto the bottoms of lightly buttered mini muffin tins. | | 3 | Melt one cup of the chips and set aside to cool. | | 4 | In a mixer, beat the cheese until fluffy. | | 5 | Gradually beat in the condensed milk and melted chocolate and stir until smooth. | | 6 | Add the eggs and vanilla and mix in thoroughly. | | 7 | Spoon the batter into the prepared cups. | | 8 | Top with remaining chips. | | 9 | Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until set. | | 10 | Let cool and refrigerate. | | 11 | recipe from rita bellantoni of norwalk, ct. |
