Midori macaroons

Ingredients:
1 canAlmond paste (8 oz)
1 cupGranulated sugar
2 Egg whites
MIDORI ICING
1 cupPowdered sugar
1/8 cupMidori
1 tbspButter
Procedures:
1In a mixing bowl crumble almond paste.
2Gradually add sugar.
3Add 2 egg whites to almond paste mixture.
4Beat until smooth (dough will be stiff).
5Insert large star tube in pastry bag.
6Fill with dough.
7Using a slight swirling motion, squeeze dough onto well-greased cookie sheet.
8Lift tube ?inch from pan until dough breaks easily.
9Or, drop dough from teaspoon on well-greased cookie sheet.
10Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
11Immediately remove from pan, cool on rack, and ice with midori icing.
12Makes 3 dozen cookies.
13Midori icing: mix icing ingredients together until spreadable
