Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupConfectioner's sugar, divide
1 cupButter, softened
3/4 cupFinely chopped pecans
1/2 tbspVanilla extract
2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 tbspGround cinnamon
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2Grease cookie sheets.
3In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat together 1 cup of the sugar, butter, pecans and vanilla.
4With spoon stir in flour.
5Shape dough into 1-inch balls, flatten slightly.
6Place on cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
7Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until done but not browned.
8Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheets.
9In small bowl, mix remaining ?cup sugar and cinnamon.
10Gently toss each cookie in cinnamon mixture; cool on wire rack.
