Ingredients:
1 cupUnsalted butter
2 1/2 cupPowdered sugar, sifted
4 Eggs
1 pinchSalt
1/2 tspVanilla extract
1/4 tspOrange extract
2 cupAll-purpose flour
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Lightly grease madeleine molds.
3In an electric mixer, cream butter until smooth and add sugar until incorporated.
4Add the eggs 1 at a time, then add salt, vanilla extract and orange extract.
5Add the flour and mix until incorporated.
6Spoon about 1 ?teaspoons batter into each mold.
7Place in oven and bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
8Remove from oven and remove from the molds.
9Let madeleines cool on a rack.
