Ingredients:
1/2 cupDiet Margarine
1/2 cupHoney
1/4 cupEgg Substitute
1 tspVanilla
1 1/4 cupFlour
2 tspBaking Powder
1 cupRolled Oats
1/2 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1Cream margarine and honey; add egg substitute and vanilla,blend well.
2Combine flour and baking powder; add gradually to honey mixture.
3Add oats and raisins; mix until well blended.
4Drop by teaspoon fulls unto nonstick cookie sheet; bake 10 -12 minutes at 375°F.
