Ingredients:
1 cupFlour
1 cupPowdered sugar
1 cupGround walnuts
1/2 cupMargarine or butter, soft
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
2/3 cupRed raspberry (or other
-preserves)
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2Mix all ingredients except preserves until crumbl press 2/3 of mixture into ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches.
3Spread with preserves.
4Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
5Press gently into preserves.
6Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until light golden brown.
7Cool completely; cut in 48 bars.
