Ingredients:
1 bn Herbs, mixed
1 smallRead Onion
2 sliceWhite Bread
2 tbspLemonjuice
2 tbspWine Vinegar
4 tbspOliveoil
17 1/2 ozChickenbreast Filets
Salt, Pepper
Procedures:
1Wash the herbs and chop the leaves finely.(parsley,basil,mint,for example ) Chop the onion finely and mix with herbs, lemonjuice, vinegar and oil together.
2Slice the filets into thin slices and ,between two sheets of waxpaper, pound flat lightly.
3Salt and pepper to taste.
4On a preheated grill, grill each side for 1 ?minutes.
5Arrange on plate and pour the herbmix over all.
6Serve with a good red wine
