Ingredients:

| small | Read Onion | | 2
| slice | White Bread | | 2
| tbsp | Lemonjuice | | 2
| tbsp | Wine Vinegar | | 4
| tbsp | Oliveoil | | 17 1/2
| oz | Chickenbreast Filets | | | Salt, Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash the herbs and chop the leaves finely.(parsley,basil,mint,for example ) Chop the onion finely and mix with herbs, lemonjuice, vinegar and oil together. | | 2 | Slice the filets into thin slices and ,between two sheets of waxpaper, pound flat lightly. | | 3 | Salt and pepper to taste. | | 4 | On a preheated grill, grill each side for 1 ?minutes. | | 5 | Arrange on plate and pour the herbmix over all. | | 6 | Serve with a good red wine |
