Ingredients:
1 lbsLean ground pork
2 tbspRed wine
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 tspCrushed fennel seed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil
Procedures:
1Italian seasonings make the all-american burger even better.
2In a medium bowl, mix together the pork, red wine, garlic, fennel seed, salt and pepper.
3Pat gently into 4 patties.
4Brush each patty lightly with olive oil.
5Place directly over hot coals on a kettle-style grill.
6Close grill hood and grill for 5 minutes, turn and cook on second side for 4 minutes.
7Serve with grilled italian bread, if desired.
8Preparation time: 10 minutes.
