Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupSugar
1 cupShortening
2 tbspBakers ammonia
1 tspOil of lemon
2 ea Eggs
2 tbspMilk, new
1 pintMilk, new
Flour
Procedures:
1Soak ammonia over night in pint of milk.
2Beat eggs seperately and ad 2 t. milk to yolks.
3Mix dough stiff and roll thin.
4Prick well with fork and bake.
