-Cake Mix

Cooking oil

Grated lemon peel
Procedures:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Drop from a tsp onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes,until golden.

Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minutes, then remove to rack to finish cooking.
