Ingredients:
6 Pork chops
2 tbspButter
1 Lemon, sliced
1/2 cupTomato sauce
1 dashSalt
1 dashPepper
1/4 cupBrown sugar
Procedures:
1Brown chops with melted butter in large skillet.
2Place them in greased baking dish.
3Place a thin slice of lemon on each.
4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5Spread brown sugar over chops, then tomato sauce.
6Cover and bake for 1 ?hours at 350 deg f.
7Makes 6 servings
