| cup | Honey | | 1

| cup | Flour, all purpose | | 1
| tsp | Baking Soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Oats, quick cooking NOT | | | - instant or old fashioned | | 1
| cup | Coconut, flaked | | 1
| cup | Raisins | | 1/2
| cup | Walnut pieces | | 1/2
| cup | Wheat germ ( opt ) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation time: 25 minutes bake time: 11 to 14 minutes | | 2 | Heat oven to 350°F. | | 3 | Cream butter flavor crisco, granulated sugar, brown sugar, honey, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. | | 4 | Combine flour, baking soda and salt. | | 5 | Mix into creamed mixture. | | 6 | Stir in oats, coconut, raisins, walnuts and wheat germ. | | 7 | Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheet. | | 8 | Bake at 350°F for 11 to 12 minutes for soft cookies, 13 to 14 minutes for crisp cookies. | | 9 | Remove to cooling rack. | | 10 | makes 6 dozen 2 inch cookies. |
