Honey oat biscotti

Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter
3/4 cupHoney
2 Egg
1 tbspVanilla
2 cupFlour
3 tbspCinnamon, ground
1 tbspBaking powder
1/2 tbspBaking soda
1/2 tbspSalt
2 cupOats, rolled
1/2 cupNuts, chopped
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2(will be turned down to 300°F. for second baking).
3Cream butter.
4Beat in honey, eggs and vanilla.
5Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.
6St into butter mixture.
7Stir in oats and nuts.
8On greased baking sheet, shape dough into 2 (10x3x1-inch) logs.
9Bake at 37°F. for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
10Cool 5 minurtes; remove to cutting board.
11Cut each log into ?inch strips; place on cookie sheet.
12B at 300°F., 25-30 minutes or until crisp throughout strip.
