Holiday almond wreaths

Ingredients:
3/4 cupFLEISCHMANN'S Margarine
-softened
1/2 cupSugar
1/4 cupEGG BEATERS Cholesterol-Free
-99% Real Egg Product
-thawed
1 tbspAlmond extract
2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 cupGround PLANTERS Almonds
Green candied cherries (opt)
Red candied cherries (opt)
Procedures:
1In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
2Add egg product and almond extract; beat well.
3Stir in flour and ground almonds.
4Using pastry bag with ? star tip, pipe dough into 1 ? wreaths, 2" apart, on ungreased baking sheets.
5Decorate wreaths with red and green candied cherries, if desired.
6Bake at 400°F.
7For 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
8Cool on wire racks.
9Makes 3 dozen cookies.
