Ingredients:
2 cupSugar
1 cupShortening, beat well
2 eachEggs
1 cupMilk, sour
Or
1 cupButtermilk
4 cupFlour
1 tspBaking soda
1 tspBaking powder
1 cupNuts, chopped
1 cupRaisins, chopped
Procedures:
1Sift soda and baking powder in with flour.
2Note: combine remaining ingredients, mix well.
3Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
4Bake in moderate 375°F. oven.
