Ingredients:
3/4 cup60% vegetable oil spread
-- softened
3/4 cupGranulated sugar
3/4 cupPacked light brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 tspVanilla extract
1 1/4 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
-(or more, if desired)
1/2 tspSalt
2 3/4 cupQuick-cooking rolled oats
12 ozHERSHEY'S Baking Chips
-(Reduced Fat Semi-Sweet)
1 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375°F.
2In large bowl, beat spread, granulated sugar and brown sugar with electric mixer until well mixed.
3Add eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.
4Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to sugar mixture, mixing well.
5Stir in oats, chocolate chips and raisins.
6Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
7Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
8Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
9Cool completely.
