Ingredients:
3/4 cupHERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/2 tspBaking soda
2/3 cupLower fat margarine
-(40% oil)
-melted & divided
1/2 cupBoiling water
2 cupSugar
3 Egg whites
1 tspVanilla extract
1 1/3 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 tspSalt
1 cup50% Reduced Fat Chips
-(HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet)
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with vegetable oil spray.
3In large bowl, stir together cocoa and baking soda; stir in 1/3 cup melted margarine.
4Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens.
5Stir in sugar, egg whites, vanilla and remaining 1/3 cup melted margarine; stir until smooth.
6Add flour and salt; blend completely.
7Stir in baking chips; pour into prepared pan.
8Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
9Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
10Cut into squares.
