Henry ford's chocolate chip soybean cookies

Ingredients:
3 cupLight brown sugar
1 cupSoy margarine
4 largeEggs
3 cupCake or all-purpose flour
1 cupSoy flour
1 tspSalt
2 tspBaking soda
2 tbspMilk
1 tspVanilla
2 cupCrushed soybean nuts
-(roasted unsalted)
4 cupSemi-sweet chocolate chips
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2In large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar and margarine with electric mixer.
3Beat for 2 minutes.
4Add eggs one at a time and cream until smooth consistency.
5Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture.
6Add milk and vanilla.
7Stir in soybeans and chocolate chips.
8Chill batter, if desired.
9spray baking sheets with non-stick vegetable coating.
10Drop cookie batter onto sheets with a teaspoon.
11Bake for 8-10 minutes.
