Ingredients:

| lbs | Lean ground beef | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 3
| cup | Cooked rice | | 1
| lbs | Cut green beans, drained | | 10 1/2
| oz | Cream of celery soup | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| med | Onion, chopped | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| cup | Shredded cheddar cheese | | 3
| tbsp | Chopped pimento | | 1/4
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Crumble beef into heated skillet. | | 2 | Add onion. | | 3 | Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until meat loses red color. | | 4 | Drain off grease. | | 5 | Add garlic salt, pepper, rice and one-half cup of the cheese. | | 6 | Turn mixture into greased, shallow 2-quart casserole. | | 7 | Sprinkle beans and pimento on top. | | 8 | Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice. | | 9 | Mix until smooth. | | 10 | Pour soup mixture over beans. | | 11 | Sprinkle remaining one- half cup cheese on top. | | 12 | Bake, uncovered, in oven preheated to 350°F for 30 minutes. | | 13 | Makes six servings |
