Golden carrot bars

Ingredients:
2 cupRolled Oats
1 cupCereal Flakes
1 cupWhole Wheat Flour
1 tbspBaking Powder
1 cupShredded Carrots
1/2 cupRaisins
1 tspCinnamon
1 cupWater
1/2 cupNonfat Dry Milk
1/2 cupMaple Syrup
2 Egg Whites
2 tbspCanola Oil
Procedures:
1In a large bowl combine the oats, cereal flakes, flour and baking powder.
2Stir in carrots, raisins and cinnamon.
3In a medium bowl, whisk together the water and dry milk.
4Whisk in the maple syrup, egg whites and oil.
5Pour over the dry ingredients.
6Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
7Let stand for 10 minutes.
8Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with no-stick spray.
9Pour in the batter and level the top with a spatula.
10Bake in a 350°F oven until firm to the touch, 25-35 minutes.
11Turn off heat but leave the pan in the oven, with the door ajar, for 2 hours.
12Cut into bars.
