Gingerbread people cookies

Ingredients:
3 cupAM Whole Wheat Flour
1 tspNon-alum baking soda
2 tspGround ginger
1/2 tspAllspice
1/2 cupButter
1/2 cupHoney
1/4 cupMolasses (pref. blackstrap)
1 Egg or egg substitute
Procedures:
1Mix flour, baking soda and spices in medium sized bowl.
2In large bowl, blend butter, honey and molasses together.
3Beat in egg.
4Gently mix in dry ingredients thoroughly.
5Wrap dough in plastic wrap or waxed paper and refrigerate until firm (approx.
61 hour).
7Preheat oven to 350°F.
8Divide dough into 4 pieces.
9Roll each piece out on lightly floured surface.
10Cut into desired shapes and place carefully on oiled or buttered cookie sheet.
11Bake in middle of oven for 6-10 minutes, depending on size of cookies.
12Remove from sheet carefully.
