| cup | Sifted, all-purpose flour | | 1

| cup | Candied orange peel | | 1/4
| cup | Citron | | 2
| cup | Sugar | | 2 1/2
| cup | Almonds, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Soda | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/2
| cup | Candied lemon peel |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat eggs, add sugar and beat until fluffy, add honey and almonds and stir just enough to mix. | | 2 | Sift together, flour, soda and spices, add fruit cut into paper thin strips and mix. | | 3 | Combine the 2 mixtures and refrigerate to chill. | | 4 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 5 | Spread mixture ? thick on a buttered cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes. | | 6 | Cool slightly and cut into desired shapes |
