Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
1 tspNutmeg
3/4 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/4 cupButter or margarine, softened
3/4 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1 tspVanilla
8 ozCrushed pineapple in juice
Drained(reserve 1 tsp juice)
1 cupFinely chopped peeled apples
1/2 cupRaisins, preferably golden
Walnut halves

3 ozCream cheese
2 tbspSoftened butter or margarine
1 tspPineapple juice
1 tbspMilk
1 tspGrated lemon peel
2 cupConfectioners' sugar
Procedures:
1Stir together flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside.
2In large bowl cream butter; gradually add sugar; cream until well blended.
3Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
4Stir in pineapple and flour mixture, then apples and raisins until well blended.
5Spread evely in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly-roll pan.
6Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 20 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
7Remove from oven; cool on rack.
8Spread with cream cheese icing; cut in 64 bars.
9Garnish each with walnut half.
10Cream cheese icing mix until well blended 3 ounces softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons softened butter or margarine.
11Beat in pineapple juice, milk and grated lemon peel.
12Gradually beat in 2 cups confectioners sugar until mixture is of spreading consistency
