Ingredients:
1 lbsRaspberries, 500 g
1 lbsCurrants, 500 g
4 lbsSugar, white, 2 kg
4 cup-Cold water
Procedures:
1To serve, add a few tablespoons to cold or sparkling water put sugar and water in a large pot, bring to a boil and skim it.
2Add the raspberries and currants and boil gently about twenty minutes.
3Strain through a sieve, cool and bottle.
4Keep in a cool place.
5Makes: 1 bottle
