Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 3/4
| cup | Confectioner's sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Cocoa | | 1
| cup | Butter, cold | | 12
| oz | Semisweet chocolate chips | | 14
| oz | Sweetened condensed milk | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1
| cup | Nuts, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until crumbly - mixture will be dry. | | 3 | Press firmly on bottom of 9x13"pan. | | 4 | Bake 15 minutes. | | 5 | Meanwhile in a medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt 1 cup chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. | | 6 | Pour evenly over baked cuts. | | 7 | Top with nuts and remaining 1 cup chips; press down firmly. | | 8 | Bake 20 minutes longer or until set. | | 9 | Cool. |
