| | Foil-wrapped bars NESTLE | | | -unsweetened chocolate | | | -baking bars | | 1 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 3
| | Eggs, well beaten | | 1 3/4
| cup | All-purpose flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream cheese batter: preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and ?cup sugar until smooth. | | 3 | Beat in 1 egg and vanilla extract; set aside. | | 4 | Chocolate batter: in heavy-gauge, medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and nestle unsweetened chocolate bars, stirring until smooth. | | 5 | Stir in 1 ?cups sugar. | | 6 | Blend in 3 eggs. | | 7 | Stir in flour. | | 8 | Spread chocolate batter into greased 13x9" baking pan. | | 9 | Smooth cream cheese batter over top. | | 10 | Swirl metal spatula through batters to marbleize. | | 11 | Bake 30-35 minutes until edges begin to pull away from side of pan. | | 12 | Cool completely; cut into 2" bars. | | 13 | Makes about 2 dozen brownies. |
