Ingredients:
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 lbsSirloin or flank steak cut
-in thin strips
1 largeOnion, cut in wedges
1 Red, yellow or orange pepper
-cut in strips
1 cupWater
1/2 cupRed wine or orange juice
1 packKnorr Demi-Glace or
-Hunter Sauce mix
1 tbspGrated orange rind
1/2 tspOregano or thyme, dried
Procedures:
1In a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat.
2Add beef and onion, stir fry 2-3 minutes.
3Add peppers and continue to cook and stir 2-3 minutes.
4Stir in water and red wine or orange juice, sauce mix, orange rind, and oregano.
5Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
6Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
7Serve on couscous or rice, garnish with chopped parsley
