Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbsBEEF CHUCK OR SIRLION ROAST
2 tbspCORN OIL
1 tspSALT
1 eachPEPPER
1 1/2 tspGARLIC POWDER
1 eachLARGE CARROT, SLICED THIN
1 eachMEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
3/4 cupBURGANDY WINE
3/4 cupSOUR CREAM, LITE, ROOM TEMP
1/2 cupWATER
3 tbspFLOUR
1 tbspLEMON JUICE
Procedures:
1Rub meat with salt and pepper.
2Heat oil in dutch oven, over medium heat.
3Brown roast on all sides.
4Add garlic, onion, and carrots.
5Cook until onion is browned.
6Drain grease from pan.
7Lower heat and add wine and sour cream.
8Cover tightly and simmer over very low heat for 2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender
