Ingredients:
2/3 cupSugar
1/2 cupLowfat sour cream
2 tbspMargarine, softened
2 Egg whites or
1/4 cupCholesterol-free egg product
3/4 cupMashed very ripe bananas
(about 2 medium)
1 tspVanilla
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking soda
2 tbspFinely chopped walnuts

1 1/4 cupPowdered sugar
1 tbspMargarine, softened
1 To
2 tbspSkim milk
1/2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Recipe by: betty crocker"s low-fat heat oven to 375 degrees.
2Spray square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray.
3Beat sugar, sour cream, margarine and egg whites in large bowl on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
4Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed 30 seconds.
5Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
6Stir in nuts.
7Spread in pan.
8Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown; cool.
9Spread with frosting.
10Cut into 2-?x 1-?inch bars.
1124 bars.
12Frosting mix all ingredients until smooth.
