Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: betty crocker"s low-fat heat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Spray square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. | | 3 | Beat sugar, sour cream, margarine and egg whites in large bowl on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. | | 4 | Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed 30 seconds. | | 5 | Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. | | 6 | Stir in nuts. | | 7 | Spread in pan. | | 8 | Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown; cool. | | 9 | Spread with frosting. | | 10 | Cut into 2-?x 1-?inch bars. | | 11 | 24 bars. | | 12 | Frosting mix all ingredients until smooth. |
