| 1 | Heat oven to 350 °Fahrenheit. |
| 2 | Place butter in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. |
| 3 | Heat in oven until melted; remove pan from oven. |
| 4 | Stir together crumbs, cocoa and sugar; sprinkle evenly over butter. |
| 5 | Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. |
| 6 | Sprinkle with chocolate chips and raisins. |
| 7 | Sprinkle nuts on top; press down firmly. |
| 8 | Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. |
| 9 | Cool completely in pan on wire rack. |
| 10 | Cover with foil; let stand at room temperature 6 to 8 hours. |
| 11 | Cut into bars. |
| 12 | About 36 bars. |

| 14 | golden bars: substitute 1 cup reese"s peanut butter chips for chocolate chips. |
| 15 | Sprinkle 1 cup golden raisins or chopped dried apricots over chips. |
