Ingredients:

| cup | All-purpose white flour | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Poppy seeds | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| large | Eggs | | 2
| large | Egg whites | | 3
| tbsp | Grated orange zest | | 1
| tbsp | Orange juice concentrate |

Procedures:
