Fat free orange poppy seed biscotti

Ingredients:
2 cupAll-purpose white flour
1 cupSugar
1/4 cupPoppy seeds
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
2 largeEggs
2 largeEgg whites
3 tbspGrated orange zest
1 tbspOrange juice concentrate
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325 degreees f.
2Combine flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3Whisk together eggs, egg whites, orange zest and orange concentrate, and add to the dry ingredients.
4Mix well.
5Working on a floured surface, shape the dough into 2 logs, each about 14 inches long and 1 ?inches thick.
6Place the logs on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
7Transfer the logs to a rack to cool.
8Reduce the oven temp to 300 °F.
9Cut the logs diagonally into ?inch thick slices.
10Stand the slices upright on the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes more.
11Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
