| 1 | Ground nutmeg |
| 2 | *you may substitute 2 tbls milk and ?tsp rum extract for the rum. |
| 3 | in a large mixer bowl beat ?c butter or margarine till softened. |

| 10 | Press down centers with thumb. |
| 11 | Bake in a 350 degree oven about 12 minutes or till done. |
| 12 | Remove and cool. |
| 13 | for filling, in a small mixer bowl beat ?c butter or margarine till softened. |
| 14 | Add powdered sugar and beat till fluff. |
| 15 | Add rum and beat well. |
| 16 | Spoon about ?tsp filling into center of each cookie. |
| 17 | Sprinkle with nutmeg. |
| 18 | Chill till filing is firm. |
| 19 | Makes about 50. |
