Ingredients:
2 Squares unsweetened
-chocolate
2 Squares semisweet
-chocolate
2 Eggs
1/2 cupButter
1 cupWhite sugar
2/3 cupFlour
1/2 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupChopped pecans (opt)
1 tspVanilla
2 tbspGrand Marnier
ICING
2 Squares semisweet chocolate
2 tbspLight cream (or 2% milk)
1 tbspGrand Marnier
2 tbspButter
1 cupIcing sugar
Procedures:
1Brownie: melt chocolate.
2Add sugar, eggs, and butter.
3Mix dry ingredients.
4Add to chocolate mixture.
5Add vanilla.
6Place in greased 8 x 8 pan.
7Bake 25 minutes at 350.
8Immediately after baking, brush on grand marnier.
9Cool 1 hour.
10icing: melt chocolate and butter together.
11Stir in cream and grand marnier.
12Add icing sugar.
13Spread on cooled brownies.
14these are supposed to sit for 24 hours before eating.
