| cup | HERSHEY'S Cocoa | | 1/2
| cup | Buttermilk or sour milk* | | 1 3/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS | | | -(Semi-Sweet Chocolate) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended. | | 3 | In small bowl, stir cocoa and buttermilk until smooth. | | 4 | Add to butter mixture; beat well. | | 5 | Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture, beating just until blended. | | 6 | Stir in small chocolate chips. | | 7 | Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. | | 8 | Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until center of cookies is not quite set. | | 9 | Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. | | 10 | Cool completely. | | 11 | About 3-?dozen cookies. | | 12 | * to sour milk: use 1-?teaspoons white vinegar plus milk to equal ?cup. |
