Ingredients:
1/2 cupShortening
3/4 cupButter
3 ozCream cheese
2 cupGranulated sugar
3/4 cupBrown sugar
5 Eggs
1/4 cupSour cream
1/4 cupRicotta cheese
1/4 cupSmall curd cottage cheese
5 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
2 tspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
3/4 tspSalt
1/4 cupMilk
3/4 cupButtermilk
1/2 cupHeavy whipping cream
1/4 Sweetened condensed milk, *

1 tspVanilla
12 ozChocolate chips
1 cupWalnuts, chopped
1 1/2 cupRaisins
(simmered and drained)
2 packPeanut butter chips
(10 oz each)
1 cupCoconut
12 ozChocolate chunks
Procedures:
1This recipe took first place in the dairyland bake-off here.
2Cream shortening, butter and cream cheese.
3Add both sugars, and beat well.
4Add eggs, sour cream, ricotta and cottage cheese, and beat well.
5Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, alternating with milk, buttermilk, whipping cream,condensed milk and vanilla.
6Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts, raisins, peanut butter chips, coconut and chocolate chunks.
7Drop by heaping teaspoonsful onto a lightly greased cookie sheet 2" apart.
8Bake at 350 °F for 12 minutes.
9Wis/gramma * note from jo--don"t know if this should be ?cup of sweetened condensed milk or 14 oz can of the milk.
