Ingredients:
8 largeFresh shiitake mushrooms
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 tbspMirin or sweet sherry
1 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tspSugar
Procedures:
1Cut off and discard tough mushroom stems and cut caps into wedges.
2Heat oil in skillet.
3Add mushrooms and stir-fry until almost tender.
