| large | Russett potato w/skin | | 1
| cup | Onion sliced | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 2
| tsp | Paprika | | 2
| tbsp | All purpose flour | | 2
| tsp | Sugar | | 4
| tbsp | Margarine | | 1
| lbs | Swiss cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch slices. | | 2 | Layer a buttered casserole dish with ?of potatoes spread evenly in dish. | | 3 | Sprinkle potatoes with ?of onions. | | 4 | Combine in a small bowl salt, garlic salt, sugar, paprika, and flour. | | 5 | Blend well. | | 6 | Sprinkle 2 ?teaspoons of this mixture evenly over first layer. | | 7 | Dot with 1 tbs butter cut into pieces. | | 8 | Continue the procedure for 3 more layers. | | 9 | Pour beer over casserole and top with grated cheese. | | 10 | Bake at 350 oven for 1 hour. |
