Ingredients:
4 largeRussett potato w/skin
1 cupOnion sliced
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 tspGarlic salt
2 tspPaprika
2 tbspAll purpose flour
2 tspSugar
4 tbspMargarine
1 lbsSwiss cheese, grated
Procedures:
1Peel potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch slices.
2Layer a buttered casserole dish with ?of potatoes spread evenly in dish.
3Sprinkle potatoes with ?of onions.
4Combine in a small bowl salt, garlic salt, sugar, paprika, and flour.
5Blend well.
6Sprinkle 2 ?teaspoons of this mixture evenly over first layer.
7Dot with 1 tbs butter cut into pieces.
8Continue the procedure for 3 more layers.
9Pour beer over casserole and top with grated cheese.
10Bake at 350 oven for 1 hour.
