Ingredients:
2 cupGrits
8 cupWater
1 packGarlic cheese
1/4 lbsButter
4 Egg yolk
4 Egg white, beaten
1 tspSalt
Diced canned or fresh
-chiles of choice
Cracker or dry bread crumbs
Procedures:
1Cook grits, butter, cheese in salted water until done.
2Add egg yolks.
3Fold in egg whites.
4Put in greased casserole.
5Sprinkle top with crumbs.
6Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
7One cup of sharp cheese may be used in place of the garlic cheese.
