| tbsp | OLIVE OIL | | 1
| dash | SALT | | 1
| dash | PEPPER (BLACK, GROUND) | | 1/8
| tsp | RED PEPPER FLAKES | | 2
| tbsp | LEMON JUICE | | 2
| tbsp | FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY |

Procedures:
| 1 | Trim ends off zucchini and cut them into 1/8" slices. | | 2 | Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat, add zucchini, salt, and pepper (black pepper). | | 3 | Cook shaking and tossing until it starts to take color. | | 4 | Add pepper flakes and lemon juice and cover skillet. | | 5 | Cook about 2 minutes more. | | 6 | Do not over cook. | | 7 | Serve sprinkled with parsley flakes. |
