Ingredients:

| cup | Baking cocoa | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 2
| cup | -Water | | 3/4
| cup | Evaporated milk | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla extract | | | Pn Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, and flour. | | 2 | Add water and milk; stir until smooth. | | 3 | Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. | | 4 | Cook until thick, about 1 minute. | | 5 | Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and salt. | | 6 | Cool to room temp, stirring several times. | | 7 | Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes. | | 8 | Serve warm or chill. | | 9 | Yield - 4 to 6 servings. |
