Ingredients:

| bunch | Cauliflower, separated | | 4
| oz | Butter | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Basil | | 1
| tsp | Oregano | | 1
| tbsp | Onion, chopped | | 3
| med | Zucchini, sliced ? thick | | 1/2
| cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large skillet cook cauliflowerets in boiling salted water about 5 minutes or until just tender. | | 2 | Pour off water and remove cauliflower. | | 3 | Melt butter in skillet; stir in salt, pepper, lemon juice, basil, oregano, and onion. | | 4 | Add zucchini and cauliflower. | | 5 | Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until zucchini is tender. | | 6 | Remove from heat and toss with cheese |
