Ingredients:

| tbsp | Onion, chopped | | 1/4
| cup | Margarine | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | | Dash pepper | | 1 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 2
| cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded | | 1/2
| lbs | Ham, cut into 1/8" slices | | 6
| cup | Potato slices, cooked |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute onion in margarine. | | 2 | Blend in flour and seasonings. | | 3 | Gradually add milk; cool, stirring constantly until thickened. | | 4 | Add 1-?cups cheese; stir until melted. | | 5 | Toss potatoes in cheese sauce. | | 6 | Pour into 2-quart casserole, reserving 1 cup potato slices. | | 7 | Arrange ham and remaining potato slices on top of casserole. | | 8 | Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes. | | 9 | Top with remaining cheese |
