Ingredients:
1 packDevils food cake mix -- (18
Ounces)
2 Eggs plus 2 T water
2 tbspOil
1/4 cupBitter cocoa powder --
Filling
1 packUnflavored gelatin
1/4 cupCold water
1 cupCrisco
1 tspVanilla
1 lbsPlus 1 cup powdered sugar
Procedures:
1Mix cookie ingredients and spread in cookie sheet.
2Bake 350°F for about 15 min (check to make sure not burning) you can use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut cookie and then spread with filling that has been mix together
