Ingredients:
1 lbsLean Ground Beef
3 1/2 ozFrench Fried Onions, 1 Cn
1/4 cupBread Crumbs, Dry
10 1/4 ozCream Of Mushroom Soup, 1 Cn
1 Egg, Lg
1/4 tspThyme Leaves
1/4 tspSalt
1 dashPepper
16 ozFrench Cut Green Beans, 1 Cn
Procedures:
1Heat the oven to 350 °F.
2Mix the meat, half the onions, the bread crumbs, ?cup of the soup, the egg, thyme leaves, salt and pepper.
3Press the mixture evenly against the bottom and sides of an ungreased 9-inc pie pan.
4Turn the drained green beans into the meat line pan then spread the remaining soup over the beans.
5Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes.
6Arrange the remaining onions on the top of the mixture and bake another 10 minutes.
7Cool for about 5 minutes, then cut into wedges and serve.
